to build tools that amplify human agency
We’re building software that helps people make the most of their time - and we’re looking for thoughtful people to build it with us.
We’re a small team with a high bar. We’d rather get one thing genuinely right than ship five things that are just fine.
We use Dayflow to build Dayflow. Being our own users keeps our iteration loop tight - we feel every rough edge and fix it fast - and the timeline it builds keeps us focused on the work that actually matters.
We don’t buy into 996 or grind culture. We’re here to invent the tools of the future. That takes creativity - which rarely strikes on hour twelve at a desk, halfway through a DoorDash slop bowl. When it genuinely matters, like a launch or a serious issue, we put in the hours. But that’s the exception, not how we live.
We work closely, give honest feedback, and see our work through end to end. If that sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you.
We work in person in SF, five days a week - these aren’t remote roles.
